Valerie M. Ellerbe is the founder and CEO of V Fashion & Image, a consulting service that specializes in visual appearance. She has a background of more than 25 years of experience in the New York Fashion Industry as an Apparel Director and Designer for the dresses, sportswear, and professional apparel marks in addition to coordinating and plannning many fashion shows.
Valerie never deviated from her path in developing her craft, pursuing, and obtaining a professional career in the fashion industry which began at a young age. She's recognized by many for her innate sense of color, garment construction skills, fabric utilization, and new fashion apparel creations for all body shapes and sizes. As a result-oriented professional, V Fashion & Image is the most exciting career move for Valerie to date. The transition and creation of a consulting service allows Valerie to share her extensive fashion and image background in a more rewarding personal way; in addition to allowing her to serve as a motivational advocate in a client's transformation journey. There's nothing more gratifying to her than seeing clients gain self-confidence and positioning themselves in a way towards achieving their dreams and goals. Being fully aware of the magnitude and importance placed on image and how the wrong image could be detrimental towards achieving happiness and success; Valerie's approach is with compassion in educating, and empowering people in all matters regarding image and fashion issues. To Valerie, everyone deserves a successful life and confident existence; and her mission is to make image evolution a reality to all! Valerie earned her Apparel Design degree and Certification in Image Consulting from Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She has served as Fashion and Image Consultant for girls ages 13-19 at Zeta Amicas Organization, Brooklyn, New York.
Most recently she was a contributing design consultant to "Fashion Meets Art" event in Las Vegas, NV.
